This is your chance.We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our ML Cycle Academy in Den Bosch. Whether you already have experience or are ready to discover your potential, our academy will give you everything you need to become a confident and inspiring Cycle Instructor.‍

What does the ML Cycle Academy look like?Our Cycle Academy is an intensive training program designed to prepare you for life on the bike. Throughout the program you’ll be coached by our Head Coach and develop everything you need to lead powerful, inspiring rides.You’ll work on:

Coaching techniques and class structure
Music, rhythm and cueing
Bike setup and riding technique
Performance, confidence and stage presence
Creating the signature ML Cycle experience

The academy concludes with your final community class, where you’ll showcase your skills and earn your official ML Cycle Certificate.

Who we’re looking for:We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate future Cycle Instructors who:

Have a flexible schedule, including daytime, evenings and weekends.
Are available to teach a minimum of 3-6 classes per week after successfully completing the academy.
Knowledge and experience in your discipline or a willingness to learn
Experience in leading group classes and personal training, or a strong desire to learn
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire our members
A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to continue learning and growing as an instructor
The ability to effectively collaborate with members to help them achieve their personal goals
