As a Talent Coach, you’ll play a key role in bringing this new concept to life and supporting the growth of our Reformer Pilates Instructor team on location.
What will you do as Talent Coach ML Reformer Pilates?
As a Talent Coach, you’re the bridge between the on-site Reformer Pilates team and the Academy Coach and Studio Lead. You know your team inside and out, promote quality, and help maintain the high energy and professionalism our members love. You will:
1. Collaborate with the Academy Coach
You’ll work closely with the Academy Coach ML Reformer Pilates to shape and refine the class experience. Together you implement structure, intensity, and teaching standards that reflect the ML City vision.
2. Safeguard quality
You attend classes, offer constructive feedback, and report insights to the Academy Coach. You know exactly what’s happening on the studio floor and help maintain high instructional standards.
3. Coach & guide instructors
You support instructors in building strong, engaging Reformer classes. You give them space to bring their own energy and personality within the consistent framework of ML Reformer Pilates.
4. Onboarding & training
You co-lead the onboarding process for new instructors with the Academy Coach. You regularly host masterclasses, participate in the ML Reformer Pilates Academy, and guide trainees as they grow into confident instructors.
5. Reporting & communication
You provide bi-weekly reports to the Head of Academy on instructor progress, class quality, team culture, and program development.
